DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Any item that is 30” x 40” (70“ total) or less will ship via FEDEX ground. Larger items will ship via common carrier, and typically average between 10% - 15% of the order amount. Express delivery methods are available upon request and will be billed to customer at direct cost.

PAYMENT TERMS
All orders will be processed at the time of payment. Payment for all online orders will be processed during check-out. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Expressand and Discover. We also accept checks for phone and walk-in orders.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Any item that is 30” x 40” (70” total) or less will ship via FEDEX ground. Larger items will ship via common carrier, and typically average between 10% - 15% of the order amount. We will contact you for approval for freight charges that exceed 15% of the total order amount. Express delivery methods are available upon request and will be billed at direct cost.

MINIMUM ORDERS
We do not require a minimum order. However we offer discounts for orders meeting our qauntity breaks. Please reference our Reseller Price Guide PDF for further details.

PAYMENT TERMS
Orders will not be processed for production until payment arrangements have been finalized. Payment for all online orders will be processed during check-out. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept checks for phone and walk-in orders.

For orders totaling $1500.00 or more we offer the following terms:
Initial deposit of 50% made at time of order. The remianing balance due upon order completion.

Initial deposit of 50% made at time of order.
Remaining balance to be paid at NET 30. Credit applications for NET 30 terms require a week for processing.

RUSH ORDERS
We understand our customers often time have fast approaching deadlines. If you need your order immeditaley we will work hard to accomidate. Additional charges for rush orders will apply.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We will accommodate changes in design and materials to meet your project spec requirements. Extended turn-around times may apply depending on the extent and materials involved. Additional design and formatting charges may apply.
